From initial evaluation through return to activity.
Our team's combined clinical background spans orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, trauma and ICU care, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. If you are unsure whether physical therapy is appropriate for your condition, we are happy to discuss it with you directly.
Lower back pain
Disc pathology, muscular strain, sciatica, and chronic low back pain. Treatment focuses on identifying the movement patterns contributing to symptoms and rebuilding the strength, stability, and mobility needed for daily function and activity.
Neck pain and tension headaches
Cervical pain related to sustained postures, poor sleep positioning, whiplash recovery, and tension headaches originating from the upper back and cervical spine. Care combines manual therapy with corrective exercise for lasting results.
Knee injuries and pain
Post-ACL reconstruction, meniscal injury, patellar tendinopathy, IT band syndrome, and anterior knee pain. Treatment addresses the hip, ankle, and kinetic chain factors that often underlie persistent knee symptoms.
Shoulder injuries
Rotator cuff pathology, shoulder impingement, labral tear recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and pain with overhead or pressing movements. Evaluation considers the full upper extremity and thoracic spine, not only the glenohumeral joint.
Hip pain and mobility
Femoroacetabular impingement, labral tears, trochanteric bursitis, gluteal weakness, and hip stiffness affecting daily movement or training. Treatment restores functional range of motion and strengthens the hip complex under load.
Foot and ankle
Ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and chronic ankle instability. Rehabilitation emphasizes progressive strengthening, proprioceptive training, and restoring confidence under weight-bearing and dynamic activity.
Pelvic health
Pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, pregnancy-related pain, pain with intimacy, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Led by Dr. Lorrainne Dizon, DPT, in a private treatment room with a trauma-informed approach.

Guided recovery following orthopedic surgery, including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, total hip and knee replacement, and meniscal surgery. We coordinate with your surgeon's post-operative protocol and progress your rehabilitation based on objective clinical benchmarks.
Sports and combat sports injuries
Acute injury management, chronic overuse conditions, and structured return-to-sport progression for athletes at every level — including Muay Thai, boxing, powerlifting, running, and team sports. Our therapists compete and coach in these disciplines.
Learn more about sports physical therapy →Chronic pain
Persistent pain that has not responded to prior interventions. Our approach integrates pain neuroscience education, graded exposure to movement, manual therapy, and progressive exercise to help patients rebuild functional capacity and confidence.
Return-to-sport and performance
The gap between being cleared by a physician and returning to full training. We use objective measures — strength testing, power output, sport-specific movement quality — to guide return-to-activity decisions and programming.
Injury prevention and movement screening
Proactive assessments for athletes and active adults. We identify movement patterns and functional limitations most likely to contribute to injury, and address them before symptoms develop.
