Sports & Combat Sports PT

Rehabilitation that respects how you actually train.

Physical therapy for athletes — from Muay Thai and boxing to powerlifting, running, and team sports. Led by therapists who compete, coach, and train in these disciplines, at a clinic located inside a 9,000 sq ft training facility.

Who We Help

Built for athletes at every level.

Combat sports

Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, BJJ

Shin splints, shoulder injuries, hand and wrist conditions, and sport-specific return-to-training progression.

Strength athletes

Powerlifting, Olympic, CrossFit

Low back pain, shoulder impingement, hip and knee conditions, and safe return to training under load.

Runners

Endurance athletes

Shin splints, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, knee pain, gait analysis, and training-load management.

Recreational

Active adults and team sports

Basketball, soccer, tennis, cycling, climbing. Acute injury management and overuse conditions.

Our Approach

Progressive rehabilitation, not rest and wait.

Standard physical therapy often gives athletes the same protocol prescribed to every other patient. Our approach is different: your rehabilitation is progressive, measurable, and designed around the specific demands of your sport.

Week 1–2

Pain management, comprehensive movement assessment, baseline strength and functional testing

Week 3–6

Progressive loading, reintroduction of sport-specific movement patterns, ongoing reassessment

Return to sport

Objective performance benchmarks — strength, power output, movement quality — before full return to training

Why Athletes Choose Us

What we do differently.

Therapists who train

Our clinicians include a Muay Thai coach, a competitive powerlifter, and a strength coach. They understand sport demands firsthand.

Progressive loading

Rehabilitation happens under load. We build capacity through graded exposure, not passive rest.

Training facility access

The gym floor is adjacent to our clinic. When you are ready to progress from rehab to training, the infrastructure is already in place.

Objective benchmarks

Return-to-sport decisions are based on measurable criteria — strength testing, power output, and movement quality — not subjective assessments.
