Who We Help

Pelvic health care for every stage.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, frequently underdiagnosed, and highly treatable with physical therapy. Most of our pelvic health patients present with one of the following:

Before and during pregnancy

Prenatal care

Pelvic pain, pubic symphysis dysfunction, low back pain, and preparation for delivery. Treatment is designed to support continued activity and comfort throughout pregnancy.

After pregnancy

Postpartum recovery

Diastasis recti assessment, core rehabilitation, scar tissue management following cesarean delivery or perineal tearing, and guided return to exercise and strength training.

Any stage of life

Pelvic floor dysfunction

Urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, constipation, and pelvic organ prolapse. Appropriate for patients of any age or gender.

What to Expect

Private, one-on-one, and conducted at your pace.

Your initial visit includes a comprehensive evaluation — beginning with conversation and history, followed by a physical assessment with your explicit consent. Every session that follows is individualized: hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and a plan that reflects your clinical needs and personal goals.

Step 1

Private treatment room

Every pelvic health session takes place in a dedicated private room. You will never be treated in an open or shared space.

Step 2

Trauma-informed approach

You control the pace, scope, and depth of each session. Internal assessment is never assumed and is never required at your first visit.

Step 3

Education as part of treatment

You will leave each session with a clear understanding of what is occurring in your body, what we are addressing, and how your treatment plan is progressing.

Step 4

Connected to your full clinical picture

If you train, lift, run, or compete, your treatment plan reflects those demands. If your goal is daily comfort and function, the same standard of care applies.
